Any questions – However, please note that the “Members Only FaceBook” group can be used for general questions about a project, opinions about something specific, or pretty much anything that does not have to do with billing & technical support issue’s.  But, if for some reason you post your question or whatever on the FaceBook page and never get any assistance or are still having an issue that is preventing you from moving forward.  Then, by all means please put in a ticket at our support site so that we can assist you personally there.

Billing resolutions of any kind – Whether to cancel membership, need a refund or just to find out how many more payments you have or any other reason that is important to you.
